We apologize that your vehicle falls outside of factory warranty coverage for your paint concerns. We reviewed coverage with you at the time of your last service appointment. We requested outside of warranty assistance to cover repair costs but ultimately any assistance is at the manufacturers' discretion. Hyundai made you an offer and unfortunately they are not able to cover the entire cost of the repairs. Towne Hyundai is not a body shop, we can only facilitate the repairs based on body shop availability. We took the initiative to pursue outside of warranty assistance and our efforts have been to keep you happy as our customer. Thank you for taking the time to speak with our Service & Parts Director, Chardae Moody. She will wait to hear back from you about how you would like to proceed.

i am in definity in your systen and unwillinging to give my specifics in a public forum but i was put in touch with service manager,a women, that suggested i bring the car back for further inspection.. it was a silver hyundai tuscon 2020 ultimate in for a recalled item...im sure she would remember this coversation unless it is pervasive and there are just too many of these occurences to narrow down ...very dissapointing...
