This service department is not only inept but worse than that dishonest to the extreme. They had my car (2015 Genesis) for 24 days., I had it towed in for some dashboard lights and for a recall. Then they complied with a service bulletin. Then they requested an authorization for troubleshooting the dash lights to a tune of $420.00 despite of the fact that the car was under extended (platinum) warranty. I authorized them and they told me that there was rodent intrusion to thee center console. After 24 days in the shop they did not diagnose the problem telling me it was "complicated"..... I decided to take the car away from them "As is".... (in fairness, they did not charge me the $420)I just did not trust them as they were as evasive as can be. Ignored my calls and voicemail. I then made an appointment with Lynnes Hyundai, they asked me to authorize troubleshooting for $210. They diagnosed the problem within minutes, ordered the part, installed and calibrated it, in less than 3 hours. The car is fixed. Do not go to Towne Hyundai if you value your car and your money. This place is a complete sham. More

Towne is 100 miles away but they were the only dealer that had what I wanted and at a price good enough to make that trip. Bee spent a lot of time speaking to me on the phone and keeping me informed on the details of the vehicle delivery. She was so wonderful and even came over to give me a hug and say bye to me before I left the lot. I not only would highly recommend Towne and Beatriz Chavez, I did to friends who also drove 100 miles to buy their Ioniq 5 from Bee at Towne. And Joe Ippolito was great too once we got there. He lead us through the whole process of purchasing the vehicle. It was well worth the trip! More

This is the 2nd vehicle we have purchased from Towne Hyundai. Our first salesman has since left the dealership, and moved on. I'm sure he is so glad he did. We traded in our Limited Santa Fe for a Sonata, because our dog was unable to get into the SUV. Santa Fe was in perfect garaged condition, and under the miles we paid extra for. Just to give you an idea of why you should not get a car from them. Fred was our salesman this time, and will never return. My wife was alone this time because our first experience was wonderful for the sales portion (Don't get me started on the Service center, HORRIBLE). Fred took full advantage of this. She didn't even get to drive the actual Sonata she was getting, but was assured it was brand new and never even driven. Another problem later on. Car ended up being a lemon, and Hyundai was so busy, they refused to fix the air conditioning (blowing hot air) in the middle of 100 degree heat in the summer. Also upon delivery, after down payment and finances were completed, the door handles, exhaust, and other places had rust all over! On a BRAND NEW car, which you never got to see before it was too late! The Sonata 2.0 Turbo, Limited, Fully Loaded. She had to take the vehicle back, and she said they just sanded it off and said she was good to go. Of course, the rust returned over and over. The transmission was also slipping with only 11,000 miles on it. No loaner car program either. The other piece, was that (With perfect tier 1 credit) Fred got another one over on my wife with the leasing. The Santa Fe (Also Limited, Fully Loaded, AND AN SUV) and took advantage of a woman alone again, told her he got her the deal of a lifetime. Her payment was only $10 less a month than the SUV, for a mid size car. A broken piece of junk. NEVER AGAIN, Towne Hyundai (Atleast with Fred in our experiences), and certainly not another Hyundai. DO yourself a HUGE favor, and go next door. More

I had the best experience EVER at Towne Hyundai this week, and I'm very impressed with the entire staff who made me feel so welcomed! The lease on my Sonata was almost up, and I received several comm week, and I'm very impressed with the entire staff who made me feel so welcomed! The lease on my Sonata was almost up, and I received several communications from Nicole Andes reminding me to come in and discuss options. She was friendly and expressed a great deal of expertise over the phone. I appreciate her thorough responses via email/phone call, and I applaud her for her persistent follow ups. Fred Onorato was the sales representative who made my transition from the Sonata to a Tuscan a breeze. He is professional, knowledgable, and truly listened to what I was looking for and made it happen!! He is by far the best salesman I have worked with in the auto-industry - and I cannot thank him enough for making the experience such a seamless process. Lastly, Pat Rizzo was very helpful in explaining the lease in its entirety - and I commend him for his thorough, friendly approach. I wouldn't buy or lease a car anywhere else moving forward. Great job to the whole team - thanks again!! More
