Very bad experience was buying a Kona from Vito (salesman) Had a trade in he said I will wait to write up deal. Told him would like to leave a deposit to hold car as my wife really likes this car a (salesman) Had a trade in he said I will wait to write up deal. Told Vito one of the main reasons is she has a bad back and this seat moves many different ways other Small SUV's don't , Said to him would be back soon just had to get car and eat a quick lunch. Came back with car in a little over a hour and said Kona was sold. WHAT SALEMAN DOESN'T TAKE A DEPOSIT. Then he Says I a four letter word with F and ed and up on the end to me and my Wife. What Professional says that. Then he says can a show you another Kona, At First me and my Wife were both leaving. But I decided to give him a chance. Then I said make sure It has that power seat. He pull up with a manual seat. That was Strike 3 for him. So I asked to talk to manager Jay Hakim and he says should have taken deposit and he was new (yet I was there a month before and Vito was there) This should be the first thing a Car salesman learns, WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP BEWARE!!!! More

I recently purchased a 2016 Preowned Tucson. Two months after I purchased it the engine needed to be replaced. Two months it took to replace. A month after I got it back the AC stopped working. This is my second Hyundai however I am disappointed and will be trading it in for another Brand. More

Lets face it, shopping for a car can be aggravating. I was told to ask for Joe Ippolito. One of his team members contacted me and set up an appointment. Prior to the appointment I told his team member Jess exactly what I want and where I wanted to be price wise. She contacted me with what she thought the pricing would be on a 2021 Hyundai Sonata. That was great. When I got to the dealer, another Team Member Tatiana, got all my info. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Jess had been wrong with the quote but in my favor. I ended up walking out of Towne Hyundai with a better car in the SEL than what I had expected in the SE. Joe and his team made a positive experience out of what had been up to that pointed aggravation and frustrating. I hope to go back when my next lease is also due. Great Job Joe, Jess and Tatiana.
