He was very patient as we walked the lot and talked about the pros and cons of the various cars. He was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the purchase process. He quickly gathered the needed information to make the process go as smoothly and quickly as possible. He made sure our new car was prepared and detailed as though he was getting it himself. His willingness to go the extra mile and treat us as family will always be appreciated. It started with Jonathan in Service who took the time to walk us out on the lot to show us the one 2014 Highlander in the inventory. He explained everything about it and set us on the right path. He turned us over to David Poole who bent over backwards to explain and work with us on every detail. During the final reflections when I had my doubts, Rob Messer was able to help with an understanding ear and patient explaining. While the wait for financing took much longer than it should have, today we are driving a gorgeous Jade Pearl 2014 Highlander Limited. Thanks Team Bountiful! More

Learning about and practicing great customer service in my own business kind of ruined me forever as a consumer. I have high expectations because I know it can be done, and I am rarely delighted. But Scott Argyle and Toyota Bountiful surprised me. Scott knows how to delight customers--so much so that Scott and I are talking about purchasing my next car, even though the one I bought from him is less than two years old. The dealership has really thought about what their customers expect, up to including an on-premise gym and quiet room just in case you don't have a hankering to watch Jerry Springer on the tube. I love my car, I love the dealership and, well, I can't say I love Scott because that's a little toooo personal. But I'll sure buy my next car from him. More

We are very happy with Toyota Bountiful and the service we received when we purchased our first Toyota vehicle. We recently moved here from American Samoa and were experiencing a hard time accomplishing o we received when we purchased our first Toyota vehicle. We recently moved here from American Samoa and were experiencing a hard time accomplishing our family day to day activities without a vehicle. I worked for ASCO Motors in American Samoa and they only sold Toyota vehicles and so I had developed a loyalty to Toyota. I initially called the dealership first just to get a feel of how I would be treated and was very impressed with Keyston and how he wasnt pushy or just seeing dollar signs. I told my husband lets just go in and talk to him, he was very professional on the phone and didnt seem to try to rush me into making a sale. We got there at about seven in the evening and didnt leave until about almost one in the morning, and that wasnt a bad thing. We were not upset that it took so long, we were very impressed that they were willing to take the time to allow us to make a decision. Scott, was very proactive with us, when we got into his office he noticed we were not buying a Toyota we were buying a Chrysler and asked why? When we expressed our concerns, he was very helpful in helping us see that our dream of owning a Toyota vehicle can come true that day. When I got into our vehicle for the first time, I just had to sit in there for a few minutes to take in what had just happened. My husband and I kept stealing looks of excitement with each other and couldnt stop smiling. We are very thankful and proud to say that our first vehicle is a "Toyota".
