Toyota Bountiful

We are very happy with Toyota Bountiful and the service we received when we purchased our first Toyota vehicle. We recently moved here from American Samoa and were experiencing a hard time accomplishing o we received when we purchased our first Toyota vehicle. We recently moved here from American Samoa and were experiencing a hard time accomplishing our family day to day activities without a vehicle. I worked for ASCO Motors in American Samoa and they only sold Toyota vehicles and so I had developed a loyalty to Toyota. I initially called the dealership first just to get a feel of how I would be treated and was very impressed with Keyston and how he wasnt pushy or just seeing dollar signs. I told my husband lets just go in and talk to him, he was very professional on the phone and didnt seem to try to rush me into making a sale. We got there at about seven in the evening and didnt leave until about almost one in the morning, and that wasnt a bad thing. We were not upset that it took so long, we were very impressed that they were willing to take the time to allow us to make a decision. Scott, was very proactive with us, when we got into his office he noticed we were not buying a Toyota we were buying a Chrysler and asked why? When we expressed our concerns, he was very helpful in helping us see that our dream of owning a Toyota vehicle can come true that day. When I got into our vehicle for the first time, I just had to sit in there for a few minutes to take in what had just happened. My husband and I kept stealing looks of excitement with each other and couldnt stop smiling. We are very thankful and proud to say that our first vehicle is a "Toyota". Bryan Stotler and Brandon Marshall at Toyota Bountiful were very good to work with. Overall, I would say this is the best dealership experience that I have ever had. Bryan, the salesman, was very attent were very good to work with. Overall, I would say this is the best dealership experience that I have ever had. Bryan, the salesman, was very attentive to our needs. He not only addressed me but also my wife. We have had other experiences with salesmen where they would not really address my wife or kind of just see through her. Bryan was not this way. He was knowledgeable about the Tacoma that we were interested in and was able to answer our questions. He was not pushy at all and didn't try and force the car on us. We came in well informed and had previously driven Tacomas at other dealerships so we knew what we were after. Overall, I really feel Bryan and Brandon have our concerns as their concerns. I am a detailed person, and I did a lot of research about this vehicle before buying it. When I drove it off the lot, the next day I realized that I could not find the outside temperature and compass that the vast majority of SUVs and trucks have these days. I was absolutely shocked that it did not come with this. I did some research and found out that there was a mix up back in November and some brochures were mistaken in stating that this feature should be included. These features are very important to my wife and I considering our outdoor lifestyle. So, I contacted Bryan, our salesman, and explained our dilemma. He immediately forwarded our concern to his supervisor Brandon. Brandon was very professional and was sincerely concerned with my concern. After a few days of research, Brandon called me back and informed me that they would be installing a rearview mirror with outside temperature and compass on my new Tacoma at no cost to me. Brandon felt horrible that I fully expected this feature to be there and then it wasn't. I was blown away at this kind of service. The issue of not having a compass and temperature gauge was most definitely an issue with Toyota Corporate but the guys at Toyota Bountiful didn't care and wanted to rectify the situation on their own. This was something the dealership did out of its own free will and choice and did not need to do it. This kind of service and attention to a customer's needs is far beyond the norm and I felt that Toyota Bountiful was extremely professionally in doing this. I will never again buy another Toyota from any other dealer. This kind of service is unheard of elsewhere. I am a Toyota Bountiful customer for life now. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP! I just want to publicly thank Bryan, Brandon and Toyota Bountiful for making this car buying process smooth, fun, and satisfying. I am blown away by their generosity and their professionalism. Oh, and top of all of this, their price on this new truck was significantly cheaper than the competing dealerships in and around Salt Lake City. Best customer service and best price, why buy anywhere else? More

My over all experience was amazing!!!! I loved that we found a perfect car and jerrid was not pushy or he didn't seem like he was only there to sale me a car .. He was actually really awesome !!! Jerrid was very nice and didn't hassle me. No nonsense was upfront. I would definitely recommend him! I had received a notice in the mail to trade in my RAV4, and had decided to look for better fuel economy. Sales reps: Eli & J.R. helped me find the right Camry for me. It took me a moment to catch his meaning, but seeing it in the light of day, I have to say this is the best color of car I have owned to date.
