I was told that I was due for a complimentary oil change. I received several VM reminding me of the appointment. When I arrived, which I had planned my whole day around, they said there was no complimentary I received several VM reminding me of the appointment. Nothing is free.” After a discussion, I was advised that I was 2,000 miles over my complimentary tire rotation. I showed a recent message from their location. I found the shift supervisor harsh and abrasive. Definitely did not put the consumer first. The saving grace was Aiden. He was kind and understanding and helped me take advantage of any cost savings available. More

Sales people told me I could lease a Camry for $114 per month. Best the finance person could do was $174 per month. I had to take it because this was my last day for my old lease (I didnt want to pay ano month. Best the finance person could do was $174 per month. I don't know if this whole thing was a sales tactic or just a mistake. Its funny how multiple people in the sales dept did not catch this. I don't know what to think. More
