I purchased a new Toyota grand Highlander from Toyota direct in January of this year I have had nothing but problems with it the electronics have been terrible every time I contact the dealer they tell m direct in January of this year I have had nothing but problems with it the electronics have been terrible every time I contact the dealer they tell me it is Toyota's problem not theirs I took it in for service and they did not document the service so it would make it harder for me to file a lemon law claim which I had to do against the dealer they do not have any parts in stock and everything is on back order for at least a year just assume when you buy from here you are buying as is with no warranty customer service has been pathetic More

Waste of time, say that they don't charge over MSRP but that I cannot buy the car I am looking for unless I make a trade in. Then they offer $15k for a trade where I was offered $24k cash by another deale that I cannot buy the car I am looking for unless I make a trade in. Well, obviously you don't need to charge over MSRP if you are just ripping people off and forcing them to sell you a car just to be able to buy one from them.
