Very smooth transaction. Jeff is a great guy, knowledgeable and kind. Derrick was a pleasure on getting my transaction financed and complete. My only thing is I should have Jeff is a great guy, knowledgeable and kind. Derrick was a pleasure on getting my transaction financed and complete. My only thing is I should have looked more into the extended warranty prior to my purchased and financing. I feel like it was thrown in at the last minute and I didn't have much time to digest if I should add it or not. I'm a person that likes to plan and think about things, especially when purchasing a vehicle that costs a lot. I believe based on how much I drive, that adding it was a good idea, But I would have preferred time to make that decision. Over all excellent people. When I was looking they let me drive several before I made my decision. #WouldRecommend More

Jeff was fantastic to work with in all aspects of the car buying process. He never pressured me into buying more add on features than I wanted. I have returned to ask Jeff questions regarding the many wonder buying process. He never pressured me into buying more add on features than I wanted. I have returned to ask Jeff questions regarding the many wonderful features my Grand Hylander has to offer. He always answers all my questions and tells me to call him or drop by the dealership with any questions or concerns. I had mud flaps installed yesterday and Lily Keibler in service was amazing. Both Lily and Jeff were instrumental in getting the mud flaps from the parts department and installed in under one hour. Great customer service. The service and waiting areas were clean. The waiting area was spacious with plenty of comfortable seating, snacks, drinks and large screen TVs. More
