Dealership is very slow taking over an hour and a half to change oil and rotate tires. Before departing the dealership I asked the service advisor if the all the tires were properly inflated to which I was t change oil and rotate tires. Before departing the dealership I asked the service advisor if the all the tires were properly inflated to which I was told everything was topped off. The next day I received a tire pressure warning light and upon checking, all four tires were below 30psi. I have no faith that this service department does their job and I will not be returning after utilizing this dealership for seven years. More

I had to make three separate trips to get my wheel bearing replaced under warranty. The first time it wasn't fixed correctly and when I rescheduled they never ordered the part so when I came in for my bearing replaced under warranty. The first time it wasn't fixed correctly and when I rescheduled they never ordered the part so when I came in for my appointment they said they didn't have the part and it would take too long and then finally the third time I came in, it was fixed. I also had mentioned the first time I was in there that there was a squeaking coming from the brakes and they said that they fixed it yet it is still squeaking. More
