Rosendo is a terrible salesman. He didn't know what some of the items were when I was asking about the car. He seemed like a kid fresh out of high school. It took him 3 days to reply after negotiating a price on a new car to which he tells me "sorry I was busy and we sold the car". I will never consider this place again. Great work. More

I just picked up my RAV 4 today after having it serviced for a parasitic draw on my battery. Turned out it was an after market alarm causing the problem. After paying $580 for the fix, I was happy to get th for a parasitic draw on my battery. Turned out it was an after market alarm causing the problem. After paying $580 for the fix, I was happy to get the car back. After driving home I noticed the entire back panel was still unattached and laying on the rear floor. ????? The one star is for the work done but we’ve had other issues bringing our cars here. We had more problems AFTER they were worked on. We love Toyotas but we’ve learned to deal with more reliable, observant mechanics. This will happen never again because we will choose wisely next time. Never again. More

Great service, very helpful and easy going. Big nice lobby with plenty of seating. They also offer a Lyft service up to 10 miles to get you home and back while you wait. I took advantage of the Lyft services and I was very happy with my Lyft drivers and grateful for the help.
