I am deeply disappointed with my experience at Toyota Kearny Mesa. I purchased a brand new vehicle from this dealership, only to discover it had mechanical issues and staining upon delivery — defects that are entirely unacceptable for a new car.
I contacted the dealership requesting a vehicle replacement, as these are not issues that should be repaired on a brand new car — they warrant a full replacement. Unfortunately, my concerns were met with complete indifference. Manager Dona Lozano handled the situation in an unprofessional and dismissive manner, refusing to take any accountability or offer a reasonable resolution.
This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially for a dealership representing a reputable brand like Toyota. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here to think twice and explore other options before making such a significant financial investment.
