Great price for the oil change. I was told that the car would be run through the car wash. Javier said that if the runner brought it out unwashed to ask him to take it back in to wa I was told that the car would be run through the car wash. Javier said that if the runner brought it out unwashed to ask him to take it back in to wash. When the runner brought it out it was unwashed. I asked him to take it back and he said ok then another guy walked up and said that the car wash was broken. I don’t know if that was true or not and took the car and left. More

Overall my experience was ok. I arrived on a Monday after work and was no waiting line. Very poor experience with this dealership, do not recommend, especially their service department! Took over 3 months for repairs, phone calls are not returned, repairs were delayed because service de recommend, especially their service department! Came to this dealer many times and have no problem except this time. Wait 25 mins after appointment time, there is no car in front of or besides my car in line, everyone just walk around acting they are very this time.
