Very unsatisfied with performance, service writer made Very unsatisfied with performance, service writer made up charges which doesn’t comply with diagnosis time wise , he changed his story several time . I have already told the service writer that the clip need to be place back snap on the connection . He set his hourly labor for 3/ hrs disregard that it only takes 15 minutes to run diagnostics, , than he said technician had to pull the valve cover to do the pressure test , valve cover never removed , than he claim that technician took the car to test drive it , I asked how long did it takes for total of what he had done , he said with all the test we did it took 3 hours and we don’t estimate cost of the parts , you are looking repair on head somewhere around $3500 to $3700 , he add at the end that we suggest you buy good used engine . Overall I did not see any sign of work done on my car for 3 hours , this job most likely did not exceed more than 3/4 of an hour . I was over charged for labor at the rate of $155. The service is good but every time I take my car I spend vey long time even just for oil change and tire rotation it took 4 hours for me that is too long.
