I have been a longtime customer and even purchased a new vehicle there. Turned away because i only had a photo of my coupon for an oil change (left it at home). Nothing beats to be able to put a name with the email or phone voice. I feel I am in very good hands over at Toyota of Escondido. Soon, my daughter will be old enough to drive, and this dealership will be my first-choice place to look for a car for her. I also like my services performed there. I took my car in today I did not authorize tires and they charged my tires that were less then 6 months old without ever contacting me. When I addressed the issue with them they said they had Authorization. charged my tires that were less then 6 months old without ever contacting me.
