My husband and I chose to go to Ford of Greenfield to purchase our new vehicle because of the wonderful service I recieved the last time I was there. My husband and I were looking at the used cars when Shane came out to greet us. He was wonderful. Very informative and super friendly. It didn't feel like he was trying to sell us what he wanted, but get us what we wanted. We had seen a SUV we liked the looks of but was out of our price range, so he showed us the ford expedition and we fell in love. It was going to be quite a while before we were going to have the money for it, but he didn't treat us any different. By the time we did get the money for the Expedition our other car broke down and we decided to get a newer used one. Shane was a great help, he took us around the lot and showed us the cars in or price range that had what we wanted. We ended up getting a 2012 Ford Expedition and a 2010 Chevy Impala. He made it a great experience. My husband and I had our 6 month old with us, and then we had to pick up our son (6yrs) and he engaged him in conversation and played with him so we were able to give the paperwork our full attention. I'm sure that when we need new vehicles again we will go back to Ford of Greenfield and I hope Shane will be there to help us again. More

She works very hard to keep up with the latest trends in her industry, and, more importantly, listens so that she is showing her customers the right cars. I do not feel like I wasted a minute talking to her. She was patient with our crazy schedule, meeting us in the evening for test drive and delivery. It was a pleasure working with Carol and we will be happy to buy a car from her again. More
Ford of Greenfield had the vehicle I was looking for in stock a two wheel drive ford escape, which other ford dealers did not. I then took it for a test drive with the salesman and really like it. Marty was friendley, helpful, kind and not too pushy. He helped get us the best deal possible and when there was something wrong with the car after purchase he took care of that too. I was pleased with my experience at Toyota of Greenfield, MASS. I have had 3 Saturns and probably would have gotten another Saturn if they hadn't been discontinued by GMC. While I would prefer to buy USA, I must say that I have enjoyed my new Toyota Camry completely. I love the new color and have received many compliments. Mark Caloon and Craig, Salesperson and Sales Manager, were very helpful and made this experience very pleasant. I feel I was treated very fairly and they located the model and color that I wanted in a very timely manner. Overall I am completely satisfied. More

Wanted to replace my 2001 Camry. I called Mike and asked what Camry's were like these days. Went in and he showed me and I test drove a 2012 Camry. It was beutiful. He showed me all the improvements and how to work all the options. He got my blackberry phone working so I could make hands free calls. That is a great feature. Then we did the money part and I got some on trade in for my old car which I have kept very well maintained and just had a new 6-year warranted battery put in. I like how Mike and his team do all the title, registration, inspection. So it only took from noon until 4:00 to wrap up the deal. I just love my new car. He knew were there to see Faith about the possibility of trading cars and he told us about the 2012 Camry and the new features that were different than our 2009 Camry which we were pleased to hear. Took us for a demo in the 2012 Camry and explained things as we were driving along. No pressure was put on to buy or trade by eiher which we appreciated greatly. Most experiences with other dealers was not that way. Also with past dealers we were there practically a full day but do to faith being busy we had to wait for him whuich was only about 3 hrs there overall. We were quite pleased with the visit as we purchased a new 2012 Camry. More
