I had a great experience at Toyota of Greenfield and with Shane as my salesman. I started my buying process by doing an internet search and Shane called me back first and almost immediately after I submitted my request. I was impressed by that. Two other dealerships called me as well, but not as quickly. When I visited Toyota of Greenfield in person, Shane wasn't in, so Marty (another salesperson) tried reaching him on the phone. They seemed to work cooperatively, which was a refreshing change. I was also impressed by the friendliness of the sales staff on duty. Marty actually introduced me to the saleswoman sitting next to him. I realized immediately, through the friendly banter among the sales staff, that they were a staff that actually seemed to like each other. As it turned out, Marty and Shane both worked with me on completing this sale, and they were knowledgeable about the vehicle and interested in working with me to agree on a fair price. Buying my car from this dealership was a very positive experience. More

We are very happy that we decided to go with the Ford of Greenfield to purchase a new car. Everyone that we spoke with there was very helpful and friendly, and the service was impeccable. We were both very impressed with Carol's professionalism and honesty. We shopped around for a while and spent a long time trying to find the best deal, and the Ford of Greenfield offered the best. Carol was happy to answer any and all of my extensive questions (being a first time new car buyer). It was great to have a friendly face to help us in the process, and to have someone we felt that we could trust. After having spent approx 1 month researching vehicles, test driving, and speaking to salespeople at dealerships, I had narrowed my search down to either a Hyundai Accent of a Ford Fiesta, as I was looking test driving, and speaking to salespeople at dealerships, I had narrowed my search down to either a Hyundai Accent of a Ford Fiesta, as I was looking for a high mileage affordable car for my commute. Both of these cars are in high demand and short supply, especially with a manual transmission, which was one of my top requirements. After experiencing pressure sales tactics, being given the run-around, and down right rudeness at other area car dealerships, I was getting pretty discouraged about the whole situation. At this point, I used the "Build a Car" service on the AAA website, which is a membership benefit where AAA negotiates a low price on new cars at participating "certified" dealers. I put in the Ford Fiesta, and started receiving calls and emails from the dealerships who had recieved the info about what I was looking for. While one local dealership did find me a Fiesta that met my needs, the salesman took on a rude and patriarchal tone when it came time to negotiate a price. Not good. Then I received a friendly and enthusiastic email from Ryan Devaney at Ford of Greenfield. He indicated that the Fiestas were in short supply, but that they had a 2012 Focus on the lot that could be just what I was looking for. I went up and test drove it, negotiated a great price for the vehicle in a mutually respectful manner, and bought the car that day. Ryan was professional, thought "outside the box" and motivated me to do so as well. I would highly recommend Ryan and this dealership based on my experience there. More

Going to look for a car isn't an everyday thing. After my last experience I put it off as long as I could. The advertisement that I asked about was honored even though it was past the date. Marty Kendrick was helpful, knowledgeable, forthcoming with any answers that I asked. I have a new car and I love it. I would tell anyone that is looking to give them a try. If they don't have it on the lot, they will find it for you. More
We both found Mark Caloon very informative and easy to work with. He wasn't pushy and was willing to make a good deal. We love our Ford already and found the quality surpassed many of the other vehicles we tried at other dealerships. I know myself the service department is good, having been there once before to service my Toyota. I look forward to purchasing a Toyata in the future with Mark being my salesman. We found it refreshing that Ford had computers at all work stations and seemed to be up with the times. Just in waiting for the final receivership of the truck I was able to look around and see how busy Ford was and to see how well the other sales people worked with all age customers.
