I called for a service time, and they promptly answered and set me up. I knew I needed new tires. When I called, the service manager Ross took the time to explain my options, and when I told him some pri and set me up. I knew I needed new tires. Although the price quote was better from the other store, and I did not actually buy from Toyota, I always felt they had my best interest at heart, even if it meant I was going to get tires at another store. On my service date, they were very prompt in getting my car in. When I showed him some coupons I had downloaded, he promptly put them in. Later, George told me he had come up with another discount he could apply, and went ahead and did it. That's awesome. When I told him I was having tires put on at another store, he even offered to take off the wheel alignment, which is a normal step in the 60,000 mile maintenance. However, he said it wouldn't be worth it if I was going to hae tires put on in the next week. That meant a lot to me. More

The glove box lid no longer makes any noise. I will make an appointment soon to have the center console lid adjusted. I needed to have a lost key replaced, plus the regular service interval attention. Eventhough the staff was very occupied with my 10 am appointment I think that you should know something. They were all just as friendly and professional as possible. From pulling my FJ Cruiser in the wrong space to get started, to the final car wash clean vehicle. I couldn't have been more pleased with your service! In trying to save me a few hundred dollars on a new key, the first rep explained how I could begin the process on the claim of getting a new key. He got me the copy of the vin number, and highlighted the 800 number on my brochure to call. I did that, and then was sent to the managment financial division to see why my policy wasn't listed. After another rep took me to management, and the receptionist got me the accounting/leasing individual, we found out I had not engaged that service at first leasing. That explained why we weren't listed in the key replacement company. Then when the added problem of a mouse in my filter was exposed, the rep brought me back into the service area to show me the evidence, and talk about disinfecting the evaporator box, and getting the $ filter early. OF course for health issues I agreed. But it was explained in a friendly , and future problem solving way. For all the years I have waited on cars in service areas, this must have been the most effient and kind one I have ever experienced. Like it was some kind of luxury car dealership, where they pamper you. From the pull in, to the exit, your dealership IS THE BEST!
