Toyota Sunnyvale

This was my first experience shopping for a Toyota and I found everyone at Toyota Sunnyvale very friendly and helpful. I was going from a 2005 convertible Mustang to a 2010 Prius, there were plenty of cars found everyone at Toyota Sunnyvale very friendly and helpful. I was going from a 2005 convertible Mustang to a 2010 Prius, there were plenty of cars to choose from and all the various option packages explained. In the end the the exact car I wanted had to be ordered, I was surprised the level IV with solar roof is not available with the the cool wheels that come on the level V (that should be changed). I was happy with the price quoted as compared to other dealers but think the Prius is over priced in general and if not for trying to do my part for the environment would not pay that much for this car. What really made the experience one that I would recommend to others was the delivery of the car. Greg Sivertson went over everything in the vehicle and spent more time with us than all the other new car checks outs I have done (6) combined. At know time did he act like he needed to be somewhere else and explained features in as much detail as needed. If you are visiting this dealership I would look him up! The car has been great, I have found it to be very comfortable and is able to get up and go when needed. More

When we made our initial contact with this dealer, it was just to walk in a check things out. We where getting ready to purchase but we had not made any decisions at the time. From the very start upon meeting our sales lady Zenia Padua, we where excited about doing business with them. We had an idea of the vehicle we wanted and by the time we left we knew we would be coming back to this dealer to make our purchase. Zenia was extremely nice and knowledgeable about our vehicle and she made buying it easy also. The only regret I have was the waiting time it took to finally get delivery of the vehicle. I'm sure that I was not the only person buying a vehicle that day, but both my wife and I felt that 6 hours was more than it should take from start to finish. I realize that the vehicle had just come into the dealer a day or so ago, and had not gone through the dealer inspections, but 6 hours is still to long. Other than the waiting time, I will definitely refer people and would go back and purchase another vehicle from them again. Everything else went very smoothly from test drive to financing. More

This dealer was great. We needed to get a car quickly and knew exactly what we wanted but hadn't found the right price for some time. We visited quite a few Toyota Dealers in Bay area for purchasing a used Highlander but no one can match with "Toyota Sunnyvale"'s expertise in dealing with Customers. All the individuals we interacted wi purchasing a used Highlander but no one can match with "Toyota Sunnyvale"'s expertise in dealing with Customers. All the individuals we interacted with in Toyota Sunnyvale are extremely knowledgable about their products, value the customers time & energy and they made the whole experience a very pleasant one. Above all, the options they provided are much better than other dealers and we ended up buying a new highlander instead of a used one. At no point, we thought that we were in a dealership where their only intention was to sell what they had. We spent 2 days at other toyota dealership in San Jose where they couldnt even come up with a decent quote (though the sales manager was very co-operative but with limited powers to take any decisions)where as Toyota Sunnyvale completed the entire transaction with in 3 hours and I ended up driving a new highlander :-) If you want to experience a friendly atmosphere with the most competitive quotes among other dealers, you must visit Toyota Sunnyvale. Their sales figures are fourth in the nation for Toyotas, and it's obvious why. They are friendly, informed, punctual, and flexible. We visited other dealers, but this one is the best by far. Brought my XB in for service. They broke my windshield & only paid me $60 to replace it. Didnt do more than half of the service & refuse to refund me more than $60 (whats up with the $60??). They also claim that they do not have a tune-up checksheet for Scions so that means they charge you full price but wont do much more than change the oil. Doesnt it make you wonder how a Toyota dealer cant perform a tune-up on a Toyota cuz it has a Scion name badge? More
