Starting with Rick when I walked in the door, until I left after the service, things went great. I requested the brakes be done by my lunch time and I received a text an hour before that the car was rea left after the service, things went great. Kevin was great . I was late , but he was standing outside side when I arrived. I wasn't sure I but , they gave me such a great deal i it would have been foolish to pass it up.He even went out of his outside side when I arrived. I am writing this because my recent couple trips have been less then satisfying. The wait times for me have always been longer than expected. All my appointments are always before 8 Am, My apple carplay been less then satisfying. The wait times for me have always been longer than expected. All my appointments are always before 8 Am, My apple carplay update took over 5 hours, Oil changes always take about 6 hours, and sometimes by 3 PM, when i call to check on my car, i get told it has not been touched yet. My rear speakers went out recently and made an appointment for warranty work a week in advance. The day came, dropped it off for 8 am appointment, and get a call around 2 saying its done. When i get there, i find out all they did was changed my oil ( did not request it) and did not take a look at my speakers at all and was told they would not be able inspect them that same day and to book another appointment. Also, booking appointments has always been difficult for me, i can never reach an advisor over phone on multiple ocasions and always have to go in person just to make one. I’ve gone through multiple service advisors, but same experience. Half the time the service has been good, but the other half has just been inconviniences for me. My toyota care is up soon, so will no longer be bring my car here. More
