My family and I had an amazing experience with Luis Rubio and Suzy Yanez. Suzy greeted us in the morning as we were just looking at cars. Later, Luis took over and discussed the very specific details we had for our purchase. I greatly appreciate Luis's attentiveness, patience and trustworthiness considering that I was buying my first ever new car.
