When I met her on the day of service she was very professional, courteous, polite, accommodating... when asked if I could speak to a manager regarding the issue I had with that other service representative who was discriminatory, she personally took me to the manager's office, had introduced me to the manager, gave a brief scenario regarding my issue then politely excused herself to give me and the manager privacy. I also thank the manager (my apology for not remembering his name) who took the time to listen and called Jackie back to tell her that she would be my contact every time I had to schedule for service; her business card with direct number was provided to me for future scheduling. I highly recommend both Jackie Torres and her manager for excellent service and professionalism...without you, Toyota Town of Stockton in Hammer Lane would have lost a valued customer. More

Get you in there by making promises, then change it!!! My grandpa taught me when you make a deal you stick to it. I was looking to purchase a 2019 Tacoma I called and talked with one of their Internet Sale My grandpa taught me when you make a deal you stick to it. I was looking to purchase a 2019 Tacoma I called and talked with one of their Internet Salesman and let him know what I was looking for and what I had to trade. We came to an agreement. This agreement was not just verbal it was also in texted and emailed. I drove over an hour to do business with them. When I got there they offered me $2,500 less than for my trade in than I'm texted and email. So they wasted my time and gas. I will never do business with them and will spread the word and let everyone know when they get you there, they will change what they originally agree to. Not sure if the owner knows this is how his employees do business, but if he is unaware, I would be more than happy to show him all the texts and emails. More
