Poor coustomer service online I was a serious buyer in need a car asap & was hunting online. Was willing to travel for this car. I emailed Kevin inquiring about a vehicle and it's features. All he email was when I would drop by the dealership & I wasn't too sure because it was around holiday time. I wanted to know if they still had it. Never got back to me! Been several weeks now! You lost a sale buddy! If you want to sell cars you should get back to customers! Just goes to show how poor customer service is! More

Excellent customer service I had an appointment with Erick and when I got there he had 2 other customers. At first I thought I had an appointment and was on time I should have I had an appointment with Erick and when I got there he had 2 other customers. At first I thought I had an appointment and was on time I should have been seen. However, his pleasant personality made me feel at ease and I just realized he was busy just like everyone else helping a customer. It helps when someone stays calm knowing you are upset. I am thinking of purchasing a car at the end of the year and because of they way I was treated by Erick Toyota in Stockton will most likely get my business. Thank you Erick for your tolerance. More
