I was super impressed by how easily the team worked together to get us into our first brand new vehicle! From Carlos to Will, to Zamir, they were knowledgeable, friendly, enthusiastic and helpful! What a terrible experience. Two services ago was only for an oil change. A week later oil light goes on. Has to fill it with oil. The next was 120K service. Told them about oil. Two services ago was only for an oil change. A week later oil light goes on. Has to fill it with oil. The next was 120K service. Told them about oil. No leaks they said. Service done. 2000 miles later car dies. What did they do that would cause it to die? Driving 2000 miles on freshly serviced car should not have caused this result. Do I have to get a diagnostic done everytime I get an oil change? Do they even fill it with fresh oil? Or just remove the oil and send us on our way? I can’t believe they won’t notice a problem when getting a 120K service done. Someone’s not doing their job correctly. Very disappointed. Had to donate the car today. I was not going to give the service department another $7500 to fix something they should have noticed at the 120K service that cost $1100. More
