I have dealt with the dealership on several occasions and am always happy to deal with down to earth people who are truly vested in the customer and making sure the customer gets what they came for. My husband and I purchased a RAV 4 a year and a half ago and came back to purchase a truck this November. We were met by Christina (training with JR) and were met with pure professionalism from the get go. JR Damon was very enthusiastic, friendly, genuine, and above and beyond in meeting all of our needs. Christina was very friendly, helpful, and eager to see that we were comfortable and happy with our experience. We recommended the dealership in the past and will continue to do so in the future. More

John was a low key, but very informative and a helpful salesperson. He offered various options and deals, trying to stay within our budget. While we had down time, waiting for various things to be done, he helped pass the time by engaging us in pleasant and interesting conversation. His attitude is pleasant, sociable, and sympathetic. He could be a trainer for sales staff. More
