My family and I have purchased many Toyota cars from this dealership. Greg made the car buying experience easy. He had everything ready. I test drove a few times. I was not sure what car I wanted. A new camry I went to Toyota World of Newton to check out new Camry prices. I met Greg Shone and told him I was considering trading in my Altima for a new Camry I went to Toyota World of Newton to check out new Camry prices. I met Greg Shone and told him I was considering trading in my Altima for a new Camry but I definitely wanted heated seats and I did not want the XLE model. Greg looked all through the lot and asked other salesmen if they knew of any cars fitting my description. Another salesman pointed a car out to Greg and he came in the office to get me. The car was all that I asked for including heated seats. Two days later I brought my husband in to see the car and we ended up buying it. All of the salesmen were very nice and took the time to explain any questions we had. My husband has a hearing problem and had some finance questions he needed answered because he didn't hear the original explanation. The finance officer took the time to make sure he heard and understood everything. Our salesman Greg was very patient even after waiting for almost an hour on hold to speak with our insurance company to make sure we had coverage to drive home! We love our new Camry and would recommend Toyota World of Newton to anyone. More
The folks at Toyota world newton were very friendly, professional, non-pushy and they worked out a price that worked out for us. By the time we finished with the finance guy, Spencer, it was after 8pm. Marina Dasilva, our sales person, delivered our car to us around 8:30pm. The showroom closed at 6 pm that day. Despite that late hour, their attitude was very good and up beat. It was a pleasure dealing with Toyota World Newton. More

The experience I had at your dealership was the best by far. Calvin , Jackson and Freddy couldn't of been more acomidating to our needs. We traveled 90 miles to buy the Sante Fe that we felt was fairly priced on their website. We arrived with our 2 young children around 5:30 pm. We were greeted by the woman at the front desk then Marina came to help us. She was very friendly and warm right from the beginning. She smiled the whole time and took us to the amazing lounge which was perfect for our kids to do homework and watch tv while my husband test drove the car. We felt very welcomed and were offered complementary beverages. After the test drive, a Hyundai Sales Expert, Jackson, came to talk with us to see if we had any questions. When it was time to negotiate a price for our trade in, Marina was very understanding and fair. We felt she was trying to get us a fair deal without being pushy. We have been to a few dealerships within the past few months and Marina has been one of the best salespersons we have dealt with. She was excellent. Everyone that helped us that night, we felt went above and beyond to make this a successful trip. They all stayed past closing in order for us to be able to take the car home that night. This was what really made a difference. We never felt rushed. Everyone was helpful. I can't give enough praise. It was a great car buying experience and worth the trip. This dealership really helped my family out, not on just one vehicle, but THREE. They work to make you happy, the customer happy. They do not play any games, and are honest and truthful about EVERYTHING. I one vehicle, but THREE. They work to make you happy, the customer happy. They do not play any games, and are honest and truthful about EVERYTHING. I say this, because at the majority of dealerships, these qualities are extremely hard to come by. The sales team (especially greg and john) is extremely friendly, very communicative, very informative, and do not just care about selling you a car, but about your experience within the dealership. Freddy, the sales manager is the icing on the cake. He responded to all of my questions, and assisted his sales team through the entire process. When we were waiting originally (on a busy Saturday) Freddy approached us HIMSELF. He serves as a great manager. We were served coffee and water from the start. If you need a toyota or a scion, take the trip to this dealership. You will leave happy. :) More
I can’t say enough positive things about Toyota of Newton. I drove over two hours to Central New Jersey from Philadelphia to purchase my Highlander at this dealership. This is saying a lot because there are multiple (over 5) dealerships within 15 - 20 minutes from where I live. The reason for that was the exceptional service and price they offered. Specifically, I negotiated a trade in of my convertible and purchase of a Highlander (Dennis D. is a Superstar). The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive and professional. We felt like a valued friend/customer versus a number (our experience at other dealers) with everyone we dealt with, from our first visit to picking up the vehicle. In short, I offer my highest recommendation to Toyota of Newton and would go out of my way to buy a car from them again. More
