Working with Joey Pryor was great prior to sale. After, not so much. Lies and denial. Running Boards were not on the truck--Joey said we received a discount for them. Not true--no discount & no running boards and no notice of them missing prior to delivery. Still working on it with Tony Khalil. Also upon delivery of the truck there were spots on the paint and windows. Joey indicated they should come off with wash-even though delivery driver had said it had just been washed and they wouldn't come off. Still working on it with Tony Khalil. Shame, shame. Interesting: Joey Pryor is not listed in sales department on this site. More

Update- since my review I did get a call with an update, The part is on back order, so maybe the end of July they will have it. While I am not happy to hear that, at least I know where I stand. Toyota as a whole, not the dealership, has not stood behind this vehicle. I am expecting Toyota of AA to stay on top of this and also keep me updated. I have called repeated for an update on my new 2023 vehicle that has never been right - first appt. was on 4/12. I last picked it up 5/17 after being there another 2 weeks. I was told then the part will come in a couple weeks. Now 6/14, no updates and no one returns my call s. Every call goes to "leave a message and we will return your call". After 5 or 6 calls i may get a call back. I thought Toyota would be a quality vehicle with reputable dealerships. I'm frustrated they have not corrected this defect in a timely manner. More
Asked for a quote online…kept getting vehicle options I did not ask for. Asked to clear up with manager who wanted to mansplain how things were done.
