Our salesman, Jason was extremely nice, patient and knowledgeable. We started looking at used models and weren't too thrilled with what we went there to see. When the suggestion to look at a new one was brought up, we were receptive to it but didn't think it would be too realistic. They relayed to us the benefits of leasing and how it could work for us, even though we hadn't thought it was our thing. After driving several different trim level Sienna's, we knew we liked the XLE but the price just wasn't do-able. I called, talked to Rob Reus, told him the situation and that I would be by in about 2 hours with a trailer to load the Pontiac if the car was acceptable and as I expected. Rob had the car ready when I arrived. I drove it, inspected it, accepted a fair offer, and then went to load the car on my trailer. While I was doing that, Dave Sosnowski assembled all the paperwork, and when I came back in, everything was ready. I've never bought a car in so little time - nice! In addition, I was treated extremely well and afforded a smooth, professional, respectful transaction, even given the VERY low price I wound up paying for this well-worn used car.
