I called them back regarding some curious numbers that appeared on the service invoice, and they were most courteous in their explanation. Service rep Steve was affable and friendly. By the way, I see a review written by Dustin21, which shows a picture of Toyota salesperson Janelle Hindmand; Janelle was our sales representative back in 2012, and, if you're considering a new Toyota--and Toyotas can usually be counted on for reliability--Janelle would be the "one" to see and deal with at this particular dealership.
