Friendly service with no pressure I came in looking for a vehicle and met Tony Malzone. We talked a bit about what I was looking for and even though it was raining, Tony was willing t I came in looking for a vehicle and met Tony Malzone. I chose to wait for a better day and during that time I decided to stay with my current vehicle. A year and a half later I came back to see Tony, And after talking a bit he remembered my visit back then. I was looking for a used vehicle, But I was open to an experienced opinion. Tony gave me some advice that made sense and I decided to buy new. We narrowed it down to two vehicles and during that time Tony was very patient as I took some time to make my decision. A dealership that just gets it! With employees who care! We started out on a family car buying hunt, with my wife and two younger children on an adventure to find the perfect new car for our family. Normally this is a very stressful experience, at least our past couple of vehicle purchases were. We had a list of makes and models which interested all of us and were ready to start test driving and getting to know the dealers in our area. Kyle was our first contact at David Bruce and he made an amazing impact on the entire family. He made us feel like part of the David Bruce family and that our questions were important to not only us, but to him as well. As we weren't quite sure if the Toyota Highlander was the perfect fit for us, we had to continue our search and ended up visiting 3 other dealers in the area until we were confronted with an unfriendly salesman at the local Honda dealer. The person was kind, however his attitude wasn't the same as Kyle's at David Bruce, it seemed like he was more about the sale and less about the long term investment that we were looking for in a local dealer. In the end we decided to come back to David Bruce Toyota, signed the papers for our brand Toyota Highlander, and was out the door in just a matter of minutes. We are definitely a life long customer after this experience. We are already planning our next car purchase with them next year. More
