Normally this is a very stressful experience, at least our past couple of vehicle purchases were. We had a list of makes and models which interested all of us and were ready to start test driving and getting to know the dealers in our area. Kyle was our first contact at David Bruce and he made an amazing impact on the entire family. He made us feel like part of the David Bruce family and that our questions were important to not only us, but to him as well. As we weren't quite sure if the Toyota Highlander was the perfect fit for us, we had to continue our search and ended up visiting 3 other dealers in the area until we were confronted with an unfriendly salesman at the local Honda dealer. The person was kind, however his attitude wasn't the same as Kyle's at David Bruce, it seemed like he was more about the sale and less about the long term investment that we were looking for in a local dealer. In the end we decided to come back to David Bruce Toyota, signed the papers for our brand Toyota Highlander, and was out the door in just a matter of minutes. We are definitely a life long customer after this experience. We are already planning our next car purchase with them next year. More
