Although he couldn't be there when we were able to drive out to see the vehicle, he put us in the hands of his assistant Keith Wright .Even though it was getting later in the evening, Keith was patient with us,and didn't rush us at any time! He was super courteous and very professional! When we made the purchase of the vehicle, Keith had it washed for us and prepped for delivery in record time! Great experience! Tony came to me outside when I was looking at the car I always wanted! I was definitely not looking to buy it that day... I was just looking for fun! He said let me just go check the price and see what we can do. From there we ended up going for a test drive and I fell in love with the car. He was so personable and not pushy like some other dealers you may run into. We were able to work out a deal that fit my budget and now I have my dream car! A Fantastic Car Buying Experience My wife and I were each in the market for a new 2016 Toyota Highlander. We each sent quote requests to 5 different dealers stipulating exactly what we My wife and I were each in the market for a new 2016 Toyota Highlander. We each sent quote requests to 5 different dealers stipulating exactly what we wanted. All of these dealers responded by email with only a phone number to call so we could come in for an appointment. One of the dealers did send a quote, but it was for a car they had in stock that was nowhere near what we had requested. We then checked online reviews of those dealers, and all indicated a mix from 1 to 5 stars. In doing a further search, we came across David Bruce Toyota. To our amazement, David Bruce had a plethora of 5 star reviews with only one review as 1 star. We sent for a quote and within 5 minutes we received a phone call from Dave Sosnowski. We told Dave exactly what we wanted, and we set up an appointment for the following morning with Dave and Nick Pillate. Dave had already done some research on availability of the vehicles we wanted that had only the accessories we had specified. He explained the alternatives we could have for acquiring those vehicles. We could either get them on a locate which would take a few days, but there would then be 200-300 miles on the vehicles as they would come from dealers that far away. Or we could get them from the factory that would take 6-8 weeks, but the cars would have no mileage on them. We selected option two, and both vehicles actually arrived in 4 weeks. Now for the pricing. We had already done research on fair prices for these vehicles and for our trades. When Dave presented us with the “out the door’ numbers, they were very close to the numbers we had. He even described various options for payment, and we chose the one we felt was best for us. It was so refreshing for us not to have to haggle over price. I cannot tell you how many cars I have purchased in the past where I spent over an hour haggling with a sales person before arriving at a price. Unlike other dealers, Dave and Nick did not try to sell us vehicles that had more accessories than we wanted. This was truly a very pleasant buying experience. Dave and Nick saw to it that my wife and I had gotten the vehicles exactly as we wanted and at a very fair price. It was quite obvious through our experience with David Bruce Toyota that it is their philosophy to get the customer what he/she wants at a very fair price with no pressure at all. I highly recommend this dealership and will definitely do business with them again. More
