Janelle & Dave are the best! I was in need of replacing my '06 Corolla. I want a newer model Toyota with increased efficiency and reasonable price point - but not so small so that I was in need of replacing my '06 Corolla. I want a newer model Toyota with increased efficiency and reasonable price point - but not so small so that it was difficult to enter/exit. All my previous vehicle purchases from David Bruce were of a positive nature, so the Prius V became number 3. In the past I only dealt with Dave Sosnowski and he did a top rate job of getting my Corolla and my wife's Rav4. This time, due to my schedule, Dave was not available to work with me at the dealership, but got everything setup so all we had to do was test drive and do the deal. Janelle pinch-hit for Dave that evening to help us. She took us for a nice area ride while expertly explaining the features of the Prius V and the differences it had with other Prius models. Afterwards, she stayed well beyond closing time to help us learn about the vehicle. Ask her anything - Janelle knows her Toyota's! The Prius V seemed to fit that need the best. I checked the various package options and pricing on Edmunds and Truecar. Afterwards, I checked David Bruce's online inventory/pricing (great job Dave!) and found a car that matched my needs. David Bruce's pricing is competitive. Based on the internet pricing I found, the deal I got at David Bruce would classified as a "GOOD" deal that was just short of a "GREAT" deal in terms of price. However, price is not everything - expert sales staff and service matter. Additional thanks go out to Tony for getting the loan paperwork together and being reasonable in getting after-sale items priced & arranged. More
