Outstanding Service Department! My wife and I were traveling from Kentucky to Chicago. We hit a bump on one of the various construction sites on the highway causing a loud rattling. My wife and I were traveling from Kentucky to Chicago. We hit a bump on one of the various construction sites on the highway causing a loud rattling. Using our iPhone we found David Bruce Toyota. We pulled in and were greeted by Carolyn Klaus (assistant service manager). Never have I had such an experience. She put us at ease immediately. She explained how she would address the problem and explained where the waiting room was located. Driving in with an appointment we thought we would be in for a long wait. She returned in a relative short time frame and explained what was wrong, the cost to repair the part and the labor required. We were more than elated. Unfortunately the part was not in stock and we were on a tight timeframe to get to Chicago. Carolyn without hesitation said she would check to ensure it was safe to drive. She returned promptly and said other than an irritation of the rattling, it was safe to drive. She provided us the necessary part number to order when we arrived in Chicago. I cannot thank Carolyn Klaus enough or highlight what good people work at this dealership. More
