Janelle Hindmand and Toyota are awesome! Janelle is a family friend, and has sold us several vehicles over the years. I had selected a Toyota Camry, but it needed to be dealer-traded, so Janelle told us not to worry, because "that's what I do!" I travel quite a bit for work, and when I called a few days later, I had had a change of heart, and wanted to start from scratch... which was a good thing, because apparently even though she's "good", she wasn't able to locate the exact car I had said I wanted! We came in a week later, and Janelle had set up three cars for us to drive. I found what I was looking for in an Avalon, and we signed a lease deal on the spot.
