His overall personality, professionalism, honesty, and respect of the customer was a total class act. Dave did not play the what payment game do you want with us. Dave went right down to business. Gave us his bottom line price, configured out the sales paperwork, then submitted them to us review. Dave gave us the best deal, and it was done in about one hour online. When we arrived to close the deal, everything was ready, just as Dave promised. Car buying does not get any better than this. Thanks Dave! More
Dave Sosnowski know's his stuff! I had been to a different dealer first go around and that sales person could not find the vehicle I was looking for or at least something comparable. Within 15 minutes of talking to Dave he was able to find the exact vehicle I was looking for. He gave a bottom line price out the gate that no one else could come close to and got the ball rolling on getting the vehicle from a different dealer that day. New Toyota Camry Hybrid Owner My overall experience with Dave as the Internet Sales Consultant was good as he was very professional and up-front with me. I did all the research on My overall experience with Dave as the Internet Sales Consultant was good as he was very professional and up-front with me. I did all the research online, and once I found that the exact Camry Hybrid I wanted was located at David Bruce, it was a pretty simple and easy process. My only criticism would be that the online price for the car was inaccurate; it was actually higher than what they were willing to sell it for because they left out some discount incentives. I only list this as a criticism because I almost bought a similar Camry Hybrid at a different dealership that was being discounted more online. I bought this new car Labor Day weekend, so perhaps it being a holiday weekend and with new incentives constantly being offered, they just did not have time to update their website to reflect accurate prices. I would add that all the salespeople seemed to be professional and nice. I would go back and purchase from them again if I go with a Toyota next time around. More
New Toyota Owner Our overall experience with Brandt as a sales person was good as he listened to us, wasn't too pushy and seemed to be a very up front type of person ( Our overall experience with Brandt as a sales person was good as he listened to us, wasn't too pushy and seemed to be a very up front type of person (not trying to hide anything). We also had our windows tinted so he assisted with making the appointment and getting everything set up. After the windows were tinted, he called and said that there was a price error in a discount that was applied so I had to go back in and sign a different paper (the price was going to be less - can't beat that! :)) We also did have to have a back window redone, but he was extremely nice about it and didn't seem irritated at all. When we picked the car up the second time, it was washed and waxed which was an extremely nice gesture! WITH THAT SAID There are a couple of things we did get frustrated about (that were out of Brandt's control): - We actually began our search for a new car online and were given a quote on the car (the price they have online is with all discounts, in which some you may not qualify for (so be wary of that)). And the price the other person gave us was supposedly incorrect and they couldn't honor it. - Trade in value was a joke, we do have body damage on the vehicle and we know how much it cost to get it fixed. A wheel bearing also needed replaced (approx. $300 at a DEALER) - parts are much cheaper than that. Just to give an idea, they offered us $2500, we brought it to another big dealer in town and they offered $6000 (BIG difference). Overall, we were happy with our experience at David Bruce and with Brandt; they are great for purchasing a new vehicle. Everyone there seemed to be very professional and extremely nice. We would purchase from them again! More
