We live 90 miles from David Bruce and this is the third vehicle we have purchased from them and Janelle has always been the sales person. I think that says a lot about Janelle and the dealership. Due to the distance involved, much of the dealing has been done over the phone and Janelle has always been very responsive returning calls, etc. Janelle is genuinely friendly and lets us reach our decision without any pressure; she has always been straight forward and I believe she has always offered the best deal she that she is able to make. Various options and services were presented but there was no pressure to purchase. The subsequent paper work was expediently completed. Janelle always follows up with us to assure whether there are any issues with our vehicle. Any issues, are promptly addressed to our satisfaction. To sum up our overall experience, both my wife and I gave Janelle a hug, not just a hand shake, before we left with our new vehicle. More

We live about an hour and a half away from the dealership, and it was great to have the truck and the paperwork ready to go the night we picked up the vehicle and the big red bow on the windshield was nice touch that made for the perfect Kodak moment! after visiting a out-of town dealer and experiencing the high pressure tactics they used, it was a pleasure to go to David Bruce & deal with Dave Sosnowski. No pressue. I was pleasently suprised that after going over prices for several vehicles he said "take your time". I went home to review all options. The 'out-of-town' dealer didn't want me to leave. Had to demand my car keys back. Never again!! I have since bought 2 cars from Dave & I won't bother with any other dealer from this point forward. I have also dealt with Steve Lach (servcie advisor) on several occasions. Another pleasant suprise!! He is always very helpful and answers all questions I might have. Having a good service dept. is also very important to me. More

Dave Sosnowski was wonderful. My husband and I have never bought an automobile site unseen. We did see wonderful pictures, but from Illinois to South Carolina it was very far away. Dave was able to answer any question I had and was not annoyed with my multiple calls. So I made the Four hour drive from Detroit. The car was exactly as described and was in great shape.The dealership was friendly and had great customer service.Dave was a great salesman he had no issue with me looking over the whole car and did not put me under any pressure to buy. Even after I had the car for two days and had an issue with the security system Dave worked with me all day to get it resolved.My only complaint is that the dealership is four hours away. More
