When I called about what I wanted, they were direct with helping me on the phone. When arriving I was catered by a sales rep named April who helped me with EVERY question I had with the car. I wasn't shoved into a bunch of other options and price ranges. I told April what I came for and what I wanted, she went above and beyond on delivering on just the needs and wants I described. Upon paperwork I noticed some things I didn't agree with, and I talked more about how I wanted my financing to go, and options that were put on my bill. April was running around talking to management, trying to fix my concerns. She brought in Dan, and even he chimed in and helped me with my situation. After he lowered my APR to 10.5%, he managed to come back and lower it even more to 9.65%! Which is impressive for someone to go the extra mile twice. Not to mention the warranties he overlooked and found for my new car. Excellent communication, excellent staff, and above all amazing strives for consumers happiness.
