very slow service I took my Toyota in for an oil change, no tire rotation or complimentary car wash. After an hour in the waiting area I went back out to the service ma I took my Toyota in for an oil change, no tire rotation or complimentary car wash. After an hour in the waiting area I went back out to the service manager and asked how much longer it was going to be. The service manager said, "it will only be a few more minutes, I saw them lowering the lift." So I went back out to the waiting area. 20 minutes later I went back out to ask the service manager again how much longer it would be. The service manager was not there, so I went out to the service area and saw that my vehicle was still up on the lift. (needless to say, I was not happy, to put it polity.) The mechanic was wheeling away the used oil catch from under my vehicle, I watched as he then finished the oil change. I then went back to the service manager to pay for the oil change. I told her that 1 1/2 hour wait for an oil change is much to long. She said that they have been very busy. I didn't say anything as I was not happy. If they are so busy that an oil change takes 1 1/2 hours I think they should at least call you and let you know that they are running behind so that you can reschedule if you want. I am wondering if they have the courage to post this review. More
