We have talked to our sales representative (Janelle Hindmand) several times before, and this particular day, Janelle had us test drive the Toyota Highlander while our car was being serviced. This started a chain of events whereas we started to car shop and research cars, safety features, reviews and price over the next couple of months. After visiting several other dealerships in the Chicago-metropolitan area, we kept being drawn back to David Bruce - I guess because of their friendliness, patience, experience, knowledge and expertise. So after test driving several more cars (should we buy a Highlander, Camery, Rav 4 or Avalon) we decided to purchase the Toyota Avalon. We can't say enough about the helpfulness and professionalism Janelle brings to the shopping experience!! More
