There was no high pressure sales and they understood that we needed time to think, there was no harassing. The day we purchased the car, they had most paperwork ready before we even got there, the process was smooth and efficient. Everyone was friendly and nice to deal with! More

Excited about my “new to me” car Emmanuel was great. He took me to see the cars I came to see. He took me to the cars so I didn’t have to wait for him to bring them out. He also explained special features of each car: He didn’t try to show me other cars that didn’t match my wants. He respected I needed time to think things over and discuss them with my husband before making a decision. He made the car buying process easy and walked me through the whole thing. I was very impressed. More
