Not painful at all Before I went "shopping" for a car I did a little research on the type of car I wanted and how much I wanted to spend on a used vehicle. I started my search at Toyota of Braintree and did not need to go anywhere else. I called my mechanic to give them a heads up that I wanted them to check any car I was considering. They made sure to connect me with Bob Wilfand. I trust my mechanic so I took their advice. It worked out great for me. Bob made the process of selecting the car and buying it less painful than I expected. Actually, he made the whole experience very pleasant and comfortable. It took several hours from the time I arrived to the time I wrote out the deposit. That's just the way it works. Bob talked me through each step, which was nice of him to do that for me. Picking up the car was just as pleasant. Bob did all the heavy lifting for me: moved my personal items from my old car, moved the lic plates, and walked me through the controls on the car, all the way down to the gas cap. I am very confident with my car selection and so glad to know Bob and have him as my salesman. More
