Friendly and easier than buying groceries. My wife and I were interested in a Hybrid and after some research we decided the RAV4 was for us. We had an appointment with TOB and a short time later we drove out with a new RAV4 hybrid under a lease program. We are beyond thrilled with our purchase and who we purchased the car from. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable and our experience couldn't have been better. "Best Car Buying Experience" This was our first time at this dealership and our first time buying a Toyota. We were looking for a certified pre-owned Camary. Our sales person, Scott Valatini helped us find the perfect one for us. He explained all of the features and options and was never pushy. His knowledge of the car all of it's options was beyond helpful. Scott made us feel so comfortable. We never felt like he was just trying to make the sale. We really felt like he cared that we got the car that was right for us! He connected us with Bill Detellis who will be putting in the new alarm system and remote starter. Again such a pleasant experience. He talked to us about the town we live in and made us feel like friends. We finished our experience with Sunny. He processed all of our paperwork in a timely manner. Sunny was also extremely friendly and never pushy. This was by far the best buying experience I have ever had and would not hesitate to go back or recommend this dealership to others. Stellar Service. We were looking at several models of SUVs and decided to test drive the ones we were interested in. After trying out a couple, the sales persons would always bring their Sales Manager in for the push even though we told them we were just looking. Bob was the only one who took his time showing us the SUV and did not involve the Sales manager. We spent 1.5 hours there just talking and test driving. Bob didn't even ask for any ID. We thanked him and went on our way. We knew this was the dealership we were going to work with. We want to thank Bob, Walace and Ian for their help. they saved me time and money I had to get rid of my Audi TT which I loved but was too expensive to maintain. I went to look @ a used Scion but when I got there, it had been sold a I had to get rid of my Audi TT which I loved but was too expensive to maintain. I went to look @ a used Scion but when I got there, it had been sold and not registered yet in the system. Mike suggested I look @ a new Yaris for the price of the used Scion. It was a rainy, dreary evening but Jordan got the Yaris from the third floor (I wanted the 6 speed manual) and I took it around the block. I was given some trade in money for the 15 year old TT even though I had to tow it in (not what I intended to happen) and they still honored the agreed upon money. Jordan was there form start to finish (many days and phone calls over the long weekend) and we were paying cash which required longer wait time. I just got my new Yaris today and my husband and I are thrilled. I have owned Toyotas in the past and was always safe in them. Now I will be safe again. Thank you to Mike and Jordan. More
