I knew what I wanted to buy and had a price in mind. I emailed the price and vehicle I wanted before I even went to the dealership, and it was a done deal. There was no haggling and the vehicle was waiting for me to test drive it when I arrived. Once it was time to pick up the car, I could not get a ride to Braintree and Ruben offered to drive it to me. That was above and beyond the call of duty as far as I was concerned. When I picked up the car, Ruben sat with me and explained all of the features of the vehicle to me. I know that I can call/email Ruben at any time to ask more questions as I start to get used to my new car. Again, I HIGHLY recommend purchasing a vehicle from Toyota of Braintree.
