Not only did our marvelous salesman Blaise, let us take our time finding the right vehicle, he answered our (endless) questions and made the process as stress-free as possible. I joyfully will recommend him to everyone I know. The rest of the people with whom we came in contact were just as wonderful...from Don in financing to Bill, who sells accessories. We ended up with a fantastic certified Rav4...an SUV that gives us confidence on the road because of its safety and also the coverage for repairs. It was hard for my husband to give up his beloved Camaro, but this new (for us) auto makes him happy, and that is all I can ask. Thank you for a great buying experience. More

I went in looking for a Sienna, and after two fairly brief, efficient visits, and some very transparent number discussions, left with a vehicle that we couldn't be happier about. Fred was terrific. Very accommodating, even with my three kids running around. In fact, the play area is a bit of a Godsend. But back to Fred - excellent follow up, not pushy, struck me as an honest, down-to-earth guy. Benson, the sales person was very approachable and knew my requirements. He was great at putting together a great deal on a 2006 RAV4. He was very attentive to my needs and the details of the car I selected. "It's going to look new when you pick it up" were his last words and he was correct. Have enjoyed driving this vehicle the past two weeks. He was very accommodating in addressing a small light bulb that was out on the gear shift after my purchase at no charge and at my convenience. Magic Manny does it again!!! My reason in writing is of course Manny Javier. The first time we came to the dealership a couple years ago, was to seriously shop, however only shop. We didn't know exactly what we wanted, hence our trek for hands on research. Totally guided by purchasing only one car, and not necessarily new, but really to just gather info to talk about. Then here comes Manuel. Manny is full of; no problem- life is good- I'm here to help you- no worries! The difference is most of the time that's just b.s.. But from Manny, it's for real. He is the real deal. As you know, we walked out that first encounter with Manny with TWO new cars. In between I bothered him with further details nothing to do with the sale of the car. Here again, he listened, he was concerned and he took action where he could all the while consoling me that he is there to help. Who does this after the sale??? Manny does. Skip forward two years later to last Sunday Aug 2 2015. Here we are, a call ahead to Manny- this time clearly describing that we only wanted to "see a Prius" as my wife knew we could save money with this car and we were looking for a used one. I'd never seen one in person so we were only going to just have a sit and a look over. I'm a car guy, I know about the car, but didn't like the design so wasn't really interested, however let's just recall the "happy wife" one liner. Enough said. I said... Manny, honestly we don't want to take you away from even one possible sale from someone else, we just need permission to simply look at one!!! A week later we drove out in a new 2014 PriusV. How does this happen? I just wanted to sit in it! There was clearly some figuring out the money and getting the numbers down to where it was in line with where my wife and I needed it. That was thanks to the kindness and patience of Brian McGrath, and his back and fourths with us. Great Job Brian!! Of course Kevin and just all the guys I've grown to know over the past years. They are all kind and willing to help, always say hi, and mean it! So with the great work Manny did, I decided that he is simply Magic! Manny, thanks so very much once again for your super kindness, professionalism, especially patience and genuine concern that we are happy personally as well as content customers, that obviously continue to return! He showed us a number of cars we were interested in and treated us as if we were his only customer. He was extremely patient as we had brought our 2 month old son. He waited as we juggled watching our son and accommodated us each taking a test drive, even though it was almost closing time on Sunday. After our purchase he worked with us over the phone to make sure all of the paperwork and registration was complete before we came in, so we didn't have to wait long at the dealership when it came time to pick up the car. This dealership is wonderful, no pressure. Great sales team and great financing team. Fred sold us the perfect car and worked to make sure we got the car we needed at the price we could afford. Ian Merrill was incredibly helpful with financing and was even able to get a lower rate than we were originally quoted. I would highly recommend this dealership and will be using them in the future. Beyond Helpful and Informative I recently started looking into buying a new car (trade up from my 98). I had already been to another dealership before Tufankjian and as nice as the people were, the cars were very expensive and their finance team was very unhelpful and unresponsive. My boyfriend and I were originally looking into used Camrys when we arrived on the lot. We found a newer one with low mileage and Fausto Daroacha had recommended looking at a new car versus a preowned with low miles. He showed us a few new cars and we fell in love with a 2015 Corolla Sport that was fully loaded and beyond beautiful. Don Richmond was the associate who helped with the finance aspect of our car and he was more than helpful explaining everything. Fautso and the team helped us pick out a great upgrade. When we went to pick up the car, they even helped set up the nav system and the Bluetooth with our phones and explained every detail on the vehicle. I would absolutely recommend going to Tufankjian of Braintree because of the fabulous environment and the helpfulness of every sales associate involved. More

He had all the answers to my questions and never pressured me. Bob Hadges from finance worked with me to get a business loan and was very informative throughout the whole process. It was a little different than buying a personal car because there were other documents I had to present for the business and Bob was very patient and helpful getting the process done. We were waiting for the title to come in and Jordan was on vacation when it did arrive. Ruben Bourguignon delivered the vehicle to me and acted as if he was my sales person all along. I never felt passed along or "falling through the cracks". Thanks Guys. More
