The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way was when the sales manager tried to use the Scarcity Effect on me, he must have assumed this was my first rodeo.. Before I knew it she was calling me and going over the situation with an explanation as to what they felt was the issue. She also said she would follow-up with the service to pick me up at the appointed time so I could pick the car up. It was great to have her take charge of the situation as I was disappointed that I had to come back a second time in such a short period of time with the same problem. More

Because you could have had very bad injuries and I know the corolla is one of the safest car I have seen." After I heard what my friend had said, I was sure about which car I wanted to get! I had an excellent experience with Sales Associate Fausto who was very nice and patient. He showed me the cars and explained to me all of their features and he answered all my questions. In the process I had help from Wallace, Kenny and Sunny. They were very kind and professional and they made the whole process quick and easy, especially for someone like me who has very little knowledge about cars.
