Great Car Buying Experience First, Toyota of Braintree had the car I wanted and it was easily the lowest price of any other Toyota dealership within 150 miles. At no point did I First, Toyota of Braintree had the car I wanted and it was easily the lowest price of any other Toyota dealership within 150 miles. At no point did I feel pressured to purchase something I didn't want, or feel like they were doing anything other than selling me the car I wanted at a reasonable price. The person who handled the sale was Claudia and she was amazing; very sweet and extremely knowledgeable. There were a couple of issues with my bank and insurance company that Claudia and also Don helped to resolve; they went above and beyond and were very organized and pleasant to work with. Claudia set up the car exactly as we discussed and I am very satisfied. One last detail I was impressed with was that, after buying the car they didn't just send me out the door and became irrelevant. They were just as friendly and interested in me as when I was in the market for a car and were more than willing to help me with a couple of minor things after my purchase.
