I worked with Joey, he treated me with respect and made sure I got the best car that suited me as well as my budget. I walked out knowing I made the right purchase. I was calm and so relieved to find honest, sincere and compassionate salespeople. Was also very confident of their service department. That is equally if not more as important as buying a car. In our words, it was the best experience we have had when buying a car. I arranged the entire deal online and when I arrived at the dealership there were no questions and the process went quickly and smoothly and professionally. I use the word professionally because that word is not often associated with car dealers. I want to thank everyone involved from Ed Walsh to Jason to Brian and Fred in making this an enjoyable and rewarding experience. I will make sure everyone knows where to go for their next Toyota purchase. One of my sons enjoyed his purchase so he recommended Tufankjian..... There was one bad portion of the entire purchase. Toyota of Braintree did not arrange for sunny skies and my car was in a monsoon and dirty before I arrived home!!!! More
