What a great experience!! I had purchased a new 2004 Toyota Camry from Tufankjian Toyota in Weymouth Massachusetts on the recommendation of a friend. I was pleased with that tr I had purchased a new 2004 Toyota Camry from Tufankjian Toyota in Weymouth Massachusetts on the recommendation of a friend. I was pleased with that transaction. I was in a position to purchase a new vehicle, and thought I would return to the same dealership, which was now in Braintree. Best decision I could have made. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt like I truly mattered to these people. A lovely woman welcomed me and asked how she could help. I told her I was thinking of buying a new vehicle. She said that was great, and she got someone to help me right away. I then met Tony Gribaudo. What a wonderful young man. He has a sincerity about him that made me comfortable right away. He asked how he could help, and I told him what I was looking for. We scanned the computer, and then we went on a walk to look at different vehicles. Wow, but they give you a choice of cars to look on 3 floors!! He was very patient with me, answering all my questions. But the best thing I thought was his trying to find the car that would fit my needs, and the ONE that I would enjoy!! We did find that ONE, and I have to say I loved it at first sight. I tried not to show that emotion, but I think it was obvious. I can truly say that there was never any pressure on me. No push for me to by over my head. Tony was GREAT!!! He showed me all the bells and whistles and we then went on a drive. The vehicle was wonderful, but I truly enjoyed the talk Tony and I had on the ride. We talked families and life experiences, and it was during this ride that I came to the conclusion that this young man was a very good person. We returned to the dealership and we went over numbers. My least favorite thing in the car buying process. Again Tony stepped up and made it a comfortable experience. It was at this point that I met Bob Keough, the Sales Manager.He was terrific. He said whatever they could do for me, they would. I found out he meant it, as he did everything he could. There was no hassle, no back and forth numbers that gets hostile at times. It was very relaxed and I was VERY pleased at the number that I was given. I truly believe that both men tried their best to help me get the vehicle I had chosen. I got the distinct impression that they both enjoyed helping someone get that special vehicle. They are there to make money for themselves and the dealership. That is their job and how they support their families. But I TRULY believe that they are there to make the customer feel like they matter. That what is important to the customer is just as important to them to make the deal happen. I walked away with a new car, and thinking to myself, this is a great group of people who I would send everyone I could to, because they do the things to help people, and that is what is important in the whole scheme of things. Thanks to all!!! More

The team, including Bob Hadges had made this experience smooth, quick, and stress free for us. We signed all the paperwork, they took care of all the documents, and were able to pick up the car the following day. I would definitely recommend coming here for your next car purchase/lease. Not knowing that we would end up buying our dream car. From the moment we got to the door their staff was very timely and attentive, even without a previously schedule appointment and despite how busy they were because it was end of the month and Toyota had a big sale. We opted for a car we didn't even know we wanted, and while pleased with the car after going home and talking to our mechanic about the mileage in the car, i ended up not wanting the car Jordan and his team at Toyota went above and beyond not only to find us a better and improve version of our new car, but most importantly to insure that we were satisfied with our purchase and that we took home a car we loved. They did the impossible. In a timely, efficient and hassle free manner. Super honest dealership. Would recommend this team to anyone!! Trust me and i have seen it all the good, the bad and the ugly in local Toyota dealerships. The service was superb. Best experience hands down! I came in just looking to get an idea of what prices I'd be looking at for a new car. Kris was never pushy about trying to get me out with something n I came in just looking to get an idea of what prices I'd be looking at for a new car. Kris was never pushy about trying to get me out with something new the same day. He was extremely helpful and showed patience with me the entire process. He shared his knowledge based on what I told him I was looking for. It was because of him that I came back the next weekend to purchase my new scion. He was there through the entire process and worked harder than I've ever seen out of a car dealership to ensure that everything went smoothly for me and was thorough and upfront about my entire process. Just to add to the experience, he really is a funny guy and taking a couple tests drives with him were filled with me laughing. I wouldn't recommend any other dealer or sales person to my friends although from my meetings with everyone else there, you really can't go wrong with working with anyone here! They really have a strong team making sure you are comfortable the whole way through. Although Kris was my sales associate, Jordan and Walace were an incredibly huge help throughout the process as well! More
