I had read the 2016 Consumer Reports car edition and knew that the Toyota RAV 4 was rated one of the top small SUVs, but had never driven one before. Upon entering Braintree Toyota, I was greeted by Kenny, the manager, who asked if he could be of service and steered me toward Rubens Bourguignon. He couldn't have been nicer or more professional. He arranged for me to test drive a RAV-4, but I told him that I was going to test drive another make of car as well. Instead of pressuring me to buy the Toyota that day, he suggested I test drive the two cars back-to-back some day to be able to make an informed comparison. He listened to my concerns and let me know about the safety packages available on the RAV4s as well as the specials offered by Toyota in April. After my back-to-back test drives, I was sold on the Toyota, particularly the safety package. Rubens went above and beyond to put me in a car with all the options that I wanted. He even called the day after I had signed an agreement to purchase a dark gray RAV4 to let me know he had found a red RAV4-the color I really wanted-and would have it ready for me the very next day. He made the whole leasing experience easy and pleasurable. More

Simply Professional I recently decided to lease a car and was greeted by a kind hearted gentleman named Ruben. I immediately felt as though I was in good hands. I was very anxious about the whole process but once Ruben and I sat down and discussed what I was looking for, he took it from there and made the whole process very simple and at ease. We spent hours sitting there waiting b/c of insurance issues but Ruben made it such a pleasure sharing conversation and he understood my situation. It was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend him and this dealership. Susan at the front desk was such a joy as I had two young children with me and they both made it very easy and comfortable. Since it took a little longer then anticipated, Ruben was kind enough to come to Randolph to pick me up and bring me back to get the car. Highly recommended!!!! More

They were a great help at giving me honest good advice, and were very knowledgable about both the financial side of things, and the technical car side of things… Overall it was a great experience, I didn't feel pressured, and I'm extremely happy with my new 2016 Rav4!!
