He was very warm and put on the charm immediately. It was easy to tell him our problem and he said he would solve it for us. Normally, I take what salespeople say with a grain of salt because they have a vested interest in selling cars. However, Benson seemed to understand our frustration and he crunched our kind of numbers and we walked out with a car that very day!!! Benson always made sure that our interests were the foundation of the agenda. Both my wife and I walked out of Toyota smiling and anticipating the next day when we would get our new car.
