We received a great welcome from your receptionist and it wa really sincere. We were introduced to your salesman Jordan Fehringer and he gave us a warm reception. My husband explained to Jordan that we were interested into turning in our leased Camry to purchase a new Camry. Unfortunately I am recovering from a recent lumbar spine surgery, wearing a cumbersome brace and using a walker. Once Jordan realized what I was going thru he went out of his way to be sure that I was comfortable at all times. The rest of our dealings was between my husband ang Jordan. George told Jordan what we wanted color etc. Jordan worked very hard to find us what we wanted especially a Red Camry. He found what we wanted with a great financial arrangement. We love our new car. Words cannot express how impressed we are with Jordan and with our whole experience. Thank you for having wonderful people to deal with, especially Jordan. More

New Lease on Life At the Tufankjian Toyota Scion of Braintree Dealership in Braintree, MA they treat you as FAMILY. I have been a loyal customer since 2010 when I was At the Tufankjian Toyota Scion of Braintree Dealership in Braintree, MA they treat you as FAMILY. I have been a loyal customer since 2010 when I was first introduced to Mr. Eduardo Vivas, sales associate. In 2010, I traded in my first Scion (2007), for a 2011 Scion TC. Several years later, I traded my 2011 for a 2014 Scion Series 10 TC. Last year, I leased a Toyota Corolla LE for my mom. At this point, that makes 3 lease purchases. In late 2015, Mr. Vivas reminded me that my 2014 Scion TC lease was coming due in July 2016. He invited me to set up an appointment with him to go over my options. Yesterday, (January 6th, 2016), I met with Mr. Vivas. After going through all my options and knowing how my mom loved her Corolla, we decided to look at one for me. Impressive as the Corolla LE is, I am equally impressed and delighted as how the process to trade in my Scion and lease my First Corolla was. Every step of the way to obtaining my new insurance policy on the Corolla, to my lease financing options, to the vehicle options, Mr. Vivas and the Tufankjian Team guided me and made me feel at ease. The Tufankjian Family knows loyalty and provides exceptional customer service and sales. After knowing Mr. Vivas for nearly 6 years, I can attest that his knowledge in the business is not just to SELL cars, but build loyalty through reputation, commitment to excellence and follow-up even after you drive off in your new vehicle. I want to thank Mr. Vivas for helping me step-by-step. I also want to extend my gratitude to Ian Merrill, the finance associate and Mark McElroy, the Sales Manager. I am happy I have a New Corolla and Lease on Life. I will only do business with the Tufankjian Dealership. Great dealership If you know what you want in a car this is the dealer for you. I was looking for a 2016 Tacoma ,and had a handshake deal in place with another Toyota If you know what you want in a car this is the dealer for you. I was looking for a 2016 Tacoma ,and had a handshake deal in place with another Toyota dealer , then I get a phone call telling me that they could not honor it . I Visited another that promised me that they would have it but never showed me the paperwork on the truck I wanted., I asked a coworker if he knew anyone as he was a car detailer in his spare time. He recommended that I see Bob Keough at Braintree Toyota. I met Bob on Veterans Day and he immediately found a truck for me and we settled on a price. Bob being a sales manager introduced me to Fred Zeiba a sales associate at the dealership. Fred delivered the truck and instructed us on the different functions and systems in the truck. His knowledge of the different systems and options were detailed and very helpful. These guys pay attention to the details. With the prices of cars today you should be able to get it the way you want, not a car/ truck that they want to sell you. These guys will get you what you want and then deliver. They Just Keep Getting Better I have now bought a used and my first brand new car from this particular dealership. I have been with them now for 4 years between purchasing and servicing my vehicles and I have had nothing but pleasurable encounters with a number of people there. Both times I have purchased a vehicle from them I have done it on my own and was totally comfortable being a woman by myself making these purchases. I recently had to bring my 2009 Tacoma to Toyota of Braintree for service, My truck was making a strange noise while driving on the highway. I asked to speak to the service manager and as always I was immediately welcomed into the office of Ken Rodriques. I explained the noise as best as I could and Mr Rodriques felt it could be a wheel bearing. He assured me that Toyota of Braintree had the latest equipment needed to perform this repair and that my truck would be in good hands. Ken Rodriques then called Service Advisor Kendol Huggins to his office to explain my situation and to set me up with an appointment at my convience. As I was leaving the dealership I ran into Greg Tufankjian, one of the owners of Toyota of Braintree. As busy as he is he stopped me to ask if there was anything he could do for me. I was impressed with his concern and told him his service department had taken care of me. Throughout the day my truck was being worked on, Mr Huggins kept me posted on it's progress. My wheel bearing was replaced and my truck was ready to be picked on time just as promissed. Tufankjian Toyota Scion of Braintree has been my dealership for a long time. They just continue to do things right. More
