Jordan Fehringer was great and was incredibly patient as we weighed whether to go with another 4 Runner or upsize to the Sequoia. They bought be out of my 2012 4 Runner lease 3 months early and got me into a new Sequoia with excellent financing terms. On the finance front, Walace Langame was great and got me in & out quick. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a Toyota. Nice work guys! More

Also tried to make a cash deal on a few of the Scion Xb we saw but we were told "we don't want Cash, cash was the worst thing to have" So we looked in the Boston area and found Tufankjian Toyota Scion of Braintree I called and talked to Bob Hyman in Internet sales he was very helpful. Next day took the long drive out of state to see the car met Mr. Hyman and then met Matt Bruce which showed me the car and took it for a ride. We told them we wanted the car and paid cash for it at such a great price. Paper work was done by bob Hadges. NOT ONE PROBLEM NICE AND EASY TRANSACTION. The Best of the Best!!! I needed to trade my wife's car and get a new one for her and a second car so all my kids could share it. I thought my old car was worth a certain am I needed to trade my wife's car and get a new one for her and a second car so all my kids could share it. I thought my old car was worth a certain amount until I realized I was looking at the trade-in on Edmund's wrong. With that said, everyone it seemed, I mean everyone, from the owner Greg, manager's Carlos and Kenny, finance guru Walace and salesman Edwin put their heads together to make it happen. They spent a long time with me that I can never thank them enough. These people are about making long term customers, (Which they did) not the usual quick hit, sell whatever you can to make a buck out there thieves that dominate the industry so much. They made it happen. I leased 2 vehicles and kept near my budget that I know if they didn't help the way they did, I would not be able too. I know that maybe some people will complain about anything, but if you do, they will really go out of their way to make you happy. But I know one thing these guys, especially the owner Greg is a class act. It seems like the whole family that own the dealership are very nice honest people. Don't waste you time with the slick bait and switch clowns, and I have met them all at other dealers. Go here and give it a whirl. You will not be disappointed. More

The first two visits I worked primarily with Brian McGrath and on the third and most recent visit, I worked with Blaise DaCosta. Both were a pleasure to work with. None of the typical stereotypes associated with car salesmen apply to either of these individuals (or anyone I have worked with at Toyota of Braintree). It's truly a no pressure atmosphere where they care about what you want as a car buyer and help you get what you need out of your purchase. Both Brian and Blaise are awesome to work with and I will continue to give my business to Toyota of Braintree based on my past experiences with both of them. More

The first was fantastic to say the least and the second time was just beyond belief. First let me explain that I recently experienced the very emotional loss of my wife of forty years, whom I might add selected the second car we bought, unfortunately she wasn't able to see it realized, in the process is when we lost her. I called and explained our circumstances to Bob Wilfand, who also knew my wife from our first purchase, and I could genuinely feel the sadness and concern from him and his condolences were heartfelt. I was ready to cancel the purchase, but later realized that this is what she wanted. There was no pressure, no problem just to wait until I was ready and if not that was fine as well. With everything on my mind I couldn't pay much attention to details and truthfully could care less at that time, however Bob Wilfand made sure that everything I needed and more was provided to me and for me. To sum it up, Bob Wilfand and Tufankjian Toyota looked out for me when I couldn't look out for myself. That in itself is priceless and let us not forget a great price on my Camry. More
